You will be issued a contract that will be between your Limited company and Sparta Global, therefore we have a legal requirement to ensure all payments are made into your Limited company account only – In order to do this we are required to run a compliance check

All new suppliers we work with (i.e. your Limited company) are required to complete a New Supplier form to ensure all UK Laws and Regulations are adhered to

 

Sharing of Personal Data

Sparta Global may disclose some of these details to our internal teams and, if required, our end Client. We may also share your data with any Government or regulatory authority as may be necessary from time to time in order comply with any statutory obligations or regulatory requirements.

Personal Data Storage, Access, Duration & Amendments

We are required by law to hold your data on our secure database as long as is necessary to comply with our statutory obligations. Sparta Global has a policy of archiving unused data after 12 months.

All Personal Data supplied by you will be stored at minimum for the duration of your Contract and up to 6 months afterwards unless stipulated otherwise by UK Law.

If Sparta Global believe there may be other employment opportunities for you with the company after your initial contract with us has come to an end, we may contact you for your consent to continue holding your Personal Data for a further period of 6 months. We may also keep your data if it is necessary for our internal reporting purposes.

However, if we do not have or a legitimate reason to hold your data after your initial contract has ended your data will be deleted.

We will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that your Personal Data is kept up to date. However, it is your duty to inform us of any changes to your Personal Data to ensure that it is kept up to date.

You have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you, using a subject access request (SAR). During the application process certain parts are automated to help us select potential candidates, to ensure the minimum criteria are met and to streamline resources. You have the right to object to this automated process, but this will see increased response times regarding your application.

Technology related to information collection

Curriculum Vitae/Resume

The Sparta Global website allows you to submit your CV to Sparta Global either with your registration details or directly by email to a Sparta Global consultant in response to a particular job offered on the site. Your CV will be stored on Sparta Global’s internal computer system.

Once Sparta Global has obtained your CV, Sparta Global will enter summaries of the information contained in your CV to create a record about you on our database. Sparta Global may add to the information obtained from your CV with written or verbal information taken directly from you. The only information that will be added to the record about you on Sparta Global’s computer system will be information which is considered necessary or helpful and is intended to assist in the recruitment process.

Sparta Global may send a profile of your skills and experience to select organisations. The profile would be created from your CV and other written or verbal information you have provided but would not have any contact details.
